What is NGC 332?

NGC 332 is an Elliptical/Spiral galaxy located in the constellation of Pisces. It lies near the celestial equator, making it partly visible from both hemispheres at certain times of the year. Its brightness can be measured using different bands of the electomagnetic spectrum, including the B, V, and H bands. The B band corresponds to the Blue color, while the V and H bands are associated with the Green/Yellow color. The H, K, and J bands correspond to the wavelengths of 1630, 2190, and 1220nm, respectively.
