What is a Goddess Woman?

What is a goddess?

The word goddess comes from the Indo-European root gheus, which means “bright” or “shiny”. In mythology, goddesses have been associated with a variety of themes, including fertility, motherhood, love, magic, war, strategy, fate, and more.

Despite their differences in meaning, many of the most important goddesses are linked with fertility. This ties them to nature, as well as the innate and inherent beauty that we all share in common.

There are a lot of ways to get to know your own goddess, from the inside out. One of the best ways to do this is by recognizing what makes you unique and how to celebrate that in a positive way.

If you’re feeling like you’ve lost your sense of self, or feel as if you’re just not living the life you want to be living, it might be time for you to reconnect with your Goddess energy. This is an opportunity to reclaim what you have to offer in the world, and to find out what kind of impact you can make on others.

Be a Goddess on the Inside and Out

Being a Goddess means you’re confident in your own power and abilities, and that you show up to the world with a strong and unwavering sense of self. It also means that you’re willing to be vulnerable and express yourself.

This can mean putting yourself out there on social media, talking about your spirituality with other women, and writing about it in your journal. It could mean creating an altar in your home to house crystals, candles, photos, or other items that make you feel energized and inspired.

It might also mean reclaiming your period and making peace with it. You may have been taught to feel ashamed or guilty about it, but this isn’t true! It’s a natural part of your life that needs to be celebrated.

You can do this by changing the way you think about your body. Instead of thinking about your body as something to be fixed or changed, think of it as an instrument of divine grace that is meant to serve you. This will help you to reclaim your Goddess energy and be more present and happy in your own skin!

Connect with Nature

You’re probably spending more time inside than outside, but that doesn’t mean you have to forget the beauty of your surroundings. Take a walk through the woods, enjoy a yoga class or hike, and be sure to drink in the beauty of Mother Nature.

Practice Meditation

Meditating is a great way to reclaim your Goddess energy, and it’s an essential part of being a Goddess. It will help you to slow down, breathe deeply, and focus on your spirituality and inner guidance.

Do it in the morning before you go to work or at night when you’re trying to sleep. Regardless of what time of day you do it, meditation will help you to relax, clear your mind, and connect with your Goddess energy.
