The Tommy Toy Fund is a volunteer-run organization in Connecticut. It partners with leading municipal and non-profit agencies to provide toys to children in need. Toys are collected for families registered through a registration form, which is available on the United Way’s InItLive website. Volunteers deliver toys to the families in two days, typically December 15 and 16.
The organization has a large network of volunteers who collect donated toys from various events and sort them by gender and age. You can sign up to pick up toys from Tommy Toy Fund during its collection days, which are December 15 and 16 from 9am to 7pm. This is an excellent way to help local children in need!
You can also take part in the pick-up raffle for a larger toy. You can also register for the mailing of your toy. Registration forms are available online or in the Norwich Bulletin. The form allows you to choose the toy you’d like to receive and then mail it to the recipient.
