There are a few different versions of Gamma Attack, which was developed by Gammation for the Atari 2600 in 1983. The original version was made from a single cartridge, while there are also reissues that have been created after the game’s release.
Some of the reissues aren’t quite as rare as the original, but they do tend to be much more expensive. Even so, the only copy of Gamma Attack that we know of was discovered in 2008, and it’s been estimated to be worth $500,000 if it is the original.
The Nintendo Campus Challenge was a special game that Nintendo produced for a promotional competition held on college campuses in 1991. All of the cartridges that were produced for this event are believed to have been destroyed, except for the one that turned up.
Another rare Nintendo cartridge is the 1990 World Championships Gold Edition, which was a customized combination of Super Mario Bros., Rad Racer, and Tetris. It’s believed that only 26 of these cartridges were manufactured, and they regularly fetch high prices on eBay.
It’s a shame that this game didn’t see more commercial success, because it’s still considered a classic among video game enthusiasts today. While it’s been re-released as a remastered edition, the original still holds a special place in many people’s hearts.
Despite the lack of popularity, this survival horror title has an incredibly strong cult following that has resulted in it selling for up to $370 (PS265) a piece these days. The only problem with this title is that it’s not a widely-known title, so it can be difficult to track down and find in good condition.
This title isn’t a traditional arcade game, but it does feature an impressive array of graphics and gameplay. It also features a great storyline, which is what makes it so appealing to gamers across the globe. So if you’re a true video game fan, then this title is a must-have in your collection.
