New York City’s B Fruity Juice Bar

Located next to a thrift store, B Juice will not be a grab-and-go shop. Instead, it will invite customers to sit down for a relaxing and organic health experience. The cafe will have a minimal menu and plans to offer juice recipes that can be customized for customers. It will also partner with local small businesses, including Switch Coffee Co. and a local bakery. Customers will be able to build their own smoothies based on what’s in season and which fruits and vegetables are overpowering.

B Juice will open for business in November, but will also host pop-up juice bars in the city. They’ll sell smoothies and bottled juices. They will also serve popsicles and offer other health-conscious options. They’ll have pop-ups at May’s Night Market this year, and are planning to open more in the future.
