If you have a wireless router, you can change its password by typing its IP address into your browser’s address bar. You can find this address on the back of your router, in its manual, or by doing a search online. Once you’ve entered the IP address, navigate to your router’s administration page. Then, enter a new password in the “Password” or “Security” field.
If you’re unable to access the router’s admin page, try rebooting it. Sometimes this is all it takes to get things working again. If that doesn’t work, you may need to reset the router to its factory default settings. This will erase any custom settings you’ve made.
