How Can I Change My Login Email Address on Facebook?

You need to have an email address in order to log into your facebook account. It helps you receive all the notifications about your friends activities and posts. It also makes it easier to communicate with your family and friends. If you change your email address, it’s important to update all the other accounts associated with it. Changing your login email address isn’t difficult and can be done in just a few minutes.

You can change your primary email address on Facebook from either a computer or a mobile device. On your mobile device, first open the Facebook app. Once you’re logged in, click the downward-facing arrow at the top of the screen to reveal a menu with several options. Select “Settings” and then click “General Account Settings.”

On this page, you’ll see a list of all registered email addresses. The one marked as your primary contact email will be indicated by a round radio button. If you want to make a different email your primary, select it and then click the “Make primary” button. Facebook will send a confirmation email to your new email address and ask you to validate it. Once you’ve verified the address, it will become your primary contact email on Facebook.

If you don’t have any other accounts linked to your Facebook, you can add one by clicking the “Add another email or mobile number” option in the “Contact” section of General Account Settings. This will prompt you to enter a new email address and create a password for the new one. Once you’ve entered all of this information, click “Add email.” You can also remove an existing email address by selecting the button next to it.

In the same settings menu, you can also change your contact and recovery email — the two email addresses that are used to login to your Facebook account in case you forget or lose your password. You can also change your Facebook username, which will appear on your profile. However, you can only change your primary email address once every 90 days.
